Nova Cofoundery SEIS & EIS Fund Key Information & Application Form
Thank you for your interest in the Nova Cofoundery SEIS & EIS Fund (the “Fund”). The application process is completely digital, and should take no more than ten minutes to complete. You will then be prompted to electronically sign the investment application form. At the end of the application process you will be provided with the bank details of where to transfer your investment.
This Application Form incorporates by reference the Information Memorandum, the Investment Management Agreement and the Key Information Document (KID) issued and approved by Sapphire Capital Partners LLP (“Sapphire”) which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA number: 565716) in connection with the Fund and all other documents published by Sapphire or by Nova Cofoundery SEIS & EIS Fund which are expressed to be supplemental thereto (the “Information Memorandum”). Unless otherwise stated or as the context shall otherwise require, defined terms and expressions used in this Application Form have the meanings ascribed to them in the Information Memorandum.

Before completing this Application Form, you should carefully review and understand the Information Memorandum, the Key Information Document and Investment Management Agreement (copies of which will be provided to you as part of the application process). Remember that an investment in the Fund may NOT be suitable for you, the information in the Information Memorandum does NOT constitute tax, legal or investment advice and you should seek your own independent advice by an independent financial advisor or other professional advisor authorised under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA) who specialises in advising on investments of this type. Your capital is at risk.
The minimum investment is £10,000.00. At Sapphire's discretion, smaller investments may be accepted.
